Meghan Godorov

Meghan Godorov is a career consultant and speaker who empowers women to navigate their professional goals, negotiate transitions, and engage in both local and national leadership opportunities. Her advice has appeared in the Huffington Post College blog, Higher Ed Beyond the University, the NASPA Women in Student Affairs Blog, NerdScholar and Good.co. Additionally, she has presented nationally at the ACPA (2015) and NASPA (2015, 2012) conferences, is a member of the National Career Development Association, the National Association for Colleges and Employers and is a certified resume writer. As an Associate for the higher education executive search firm, Spelman and Johnson, she supports candidates and the company’s search processes, contributes pieces to their blog and other marketing efforts.

Previously, Meghan served as the Associate Director for Alumnae and Community Engagement at Mount Holyoke College to connect students with all alumnae and support recent alumnae in build a community around career through on-campus and virtual program offerings. She is dedicated to building and serving her communities of affiliation. She is a graduate of Leadership Pioneer Valley, a 10-month leadership development program for professionals in the Pioneer Valley, and currently a team coach for this year’s participating class. Meghan serves on her alma mater’s, Franklin and Marshall College, Alumni Association Board and is the former Executive Co-Chair of the Northampton Area Young Professionals group.

Meghan earned her Master’s in Education in Student Affairs and College Counseling Licensure from Kutztown University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of the Arts in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Franklin and Marshall College.
